Pardon the interruption.
TSR fell off the internet for a stretch but is back now for good. The platform that had hosted this site since inception announced it was dissolving and so I was forced to start up anew elsewhere.
Since I don’t know much about this stuff, it took some time to figure out how to pack up the bus with the URL intact and flip the switch back on at a new host. I had to seek out the Australian steward of the TSR domain name to regain control of it and then find a new web host that doesn’t splatter ads on what you see here. It was kinda time consuming and cost a few bucks but I think TSR can move forward now with stability and perhaps a more reader-friendly presentation.
Written content dating back to the launch of the web version of TSR (minus a few months at the outset) has been saved but it’ll take a while to make it accessible. Based on limited usage data from the previous web host, few TSR readers bother with the archives anyway.
The changeover presents an opportunity to alter the look. The reader now has the option of making comments. I also enlarged the font on the main body of text. The 10 pt. size was becoming too small for my weakening eyesight.
The heightened level of oversight at my real job the last six months or so had slowed my output here and will probably continue to do so. But TSR rolls on with the same mission. Punts, kicks, rock and roll, lawmakers and lawbreakers. The bus. The train. The Babies. Woods. Chicken parm heros. I love to mouth off about all of it.
You know I love the idea of leaving comments! Good luck on the relaunch!
